Responsibilities
- Create compelling content across digital channels, including email, social media, multimedia, website and podcast
- Own the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, relevant content that supports business goals, values, and brand positioning
- Lead communication projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, inputs, and approvals independently
- Partner with leaders and teams across the organization to surface stories, translate initiatives, and advance priorities
- Advise internal stakeholders on communication strategy, campaign planning, and change management approaches
- Develop and design marketing and communication assets for print, digital, and multimedia use
- Serve as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voice
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiatives
- Support marketing needs tied to events, conferences, presentations, and sponsorships
- Use metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaigns
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Three or more years prior experience in marketing, communications, project management, design, or related role.
- Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
- Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.
- Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a quality customer service attitude.
- Desire to join a high-functioning, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
