As we expand into the UK market, we are seeking a commercially driven Sales Director to play a pivotal role in establishing our presence and driving growth.


The Role

We are seeking a Global Partnerships & Channels Director to lead the development and performance of a global distributor and partner ecosystem, driving indirect revenue growth across international markets.

This role is responsible for strengthening existing partner relationships, recruiting new distributors in priority regions, and ensuring partners are actively generating pipeline and revenue. Working closely with regional sales and market teams, you will help build a scalable, high-performing indirect channel that expands market reach while maintaining strong commercial accountability.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the growth and performance of the global distributor and channel partner network
  • Evaluate existing distributors and identify opportunities to strengthen, replace, or expand partner coverage
  • Recruit and onboard new distributors in strategic international markets
  • Drive partner-led pipeline generation and indirect revenue growth
  • Ensure partners are actively identifying, progressing, and closing opportunities
  • Support distributors on complex commercial opportunities through coordination with internal technical and commercial teams
  • Establish clear commercial expectations, targets, and performance frameworks for partners
  • Track distributor performance, including pipeline creation, deal progression, and revenue delivery


About You

  • Significant experience managing distributor or channel ecosystems within a global technology or industrial business
  • Proven success driving revenue growth through indirect sales channels
  • Strong commercial negotiation and partner management capability
  • Experience working with distributors, OEMs, or system integrators across multiple international markets
  • Ability to drive accountability and performance within partner networks
  • Experience within energy, utilities, infrastructure, or industrial technology sectors is advantageous
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercially focused, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating within a high-growth environment
