Job Title: Software Engineer

Day Rate: €300 per day

Location: Dublin (3 days per week on-site)

Contract Length: 6-12 months

Software Engineer - Role & Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of AI-powered full stack applications, from requirements gathering with senior stakeholders through to production deployment
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack (React, Node/NestJS, MongoDB)
• Build and integrate AI-driven features including LLM-based solutions, RAG pipelines, and agentic AI workflows
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to operationalise prototypes and ensure smooth transition into production systems

Software Engineer - Required Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express/NestJS, React, Node.js)
• Proven experience building AI-enabled applications using Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Practical experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems and vector-based retrieval approaches
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts and basic implementation of AI agents/workflows
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of end-to-end delivery, and solve complex problems in a fast-moving environment
