Your Role as a Senior Business Analyst:

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams - translating complex business challenges into scalable analytics, reporting, automation, and AI-driven solutions.

This is a highly collaborative role focused on business analysis, operational improvement, data insights, and digital transformation.

You’ll work closely with global stakeholders, analysts, engineers, and leadership teams to identify opportunities, improve processes, and drive meaningful business outcomes through data and technology.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the delivery of analytics, reporting, and automation initiatives supporting operational and strategic business goals
• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements for data and AI-related projects
• Translate business needs into scalable reporting, automation, and analytics solutions
• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards, KPI frameworks, and data visualisations that support decision-making
• Perform data analysis including trend analysis, forecasting, operational reporting, and performance tracking
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation, analytics, and AI technologies
• Support the evaluation and implementation of AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation solutions
• Analyse business processes and datasets to uncover inefficiencies, risks, and optimisation opportunities
• Create and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, integrations, testing, and deployment activities
• Support change management, user adoption, stakeholder engagement, and training activities
• Provide project updates, reporting, and status tracking to leadership and stakeholder groups
• Facilitate collaboration across global and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery

What You’ll Bring:

• Strong experience working as a Business Analyst within data, analytics, reporting, automation, or digital transformation environments
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, KPI reporting, dashboards, and data visualisation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements across complex stakeholder environments
• Passion for leveraging data, automation, analytics, and AI technologies to solve business challenges
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Experience working across cross-functional and global teams in fast-paced enterprise environments
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and execution
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and delivering business value
