Strategy Consultant

Dualoop is a Brussels-based consultancy specialising in product management and product-led transformation. Founded in 2021, we help organisations build products that matter and teams that deliver. We work exclusively with companies where technology is central to the business — startups, scale-ups, and enterprises undergoing digital transformation.

The role

You’ll work directly with dualoop’s leadership on select consulting missions: operating model transformations or strategy engagements.

One week you’ll map how a utility company should restructure its product organisation. The next you’ll synthesise market research for a health insurer’s innovation strategy. Real responsibility from day one: you’ll help shape some of the core decisions of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Structure ambiguous problems into workable analyses
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and expert calls
• Build benchmarks, assessments, and market analyses
• Synthesise findings into actionable recommendations
• Co-facilitate client workshops with partners
• Draft deliverables: strategic memos, operating model blueprints, roadmaps
• Contribute to reusable frameworks and methodologies
• Support proposal development and engagement scoping

Profile

Required experience

• 2+ years in management consulting a top-tier or boutique strategy firm
• Demonstrated expertise in at least one of: product management, digital transformation, operating model design, or AI/analytics strategy
• Proven ability to communicate and influence at senior manager level and above, both written and verbal

Education

• Advanced degree in engineering, business engineering, or related field

Languages

• English and either French or Dutch
