Sage is growing rapidly, and we are building something ambitious. With planned expansion into Milton Keynes, Leicester and Newcastle within the next 6 to 8 weeks, we are now looking for driven individuals ready to step into a Trainee Campaign Manager role and grow with us.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals who want to build leadership skills, take ownership early, and develop within a fast-paced sales and marketing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a Trainee Campaign Manager, you will be trained to take responsibility for:

• Managing on-site marketing and sales campaigns
• Leading and motivating small teams to deliver results
• Monitoring performance and improving campaign outcomes
• Supporting client projects with a focus on quality and consistency
• Learning how to plan and implement campaign strategies
• You will start with full training and gradually take on more responsibility as you develop.
