Responsibilities Include
- Set sales strategy and vision supporting companys growth plan and objectives
- Coach, guide and manage sales team and customer support staff
- Directly manage a portfolio of key accounts
- Analyze data, identifies trends and key opportunities, develops forecasting
- Manage and grow distributor network in the US and Canada
- Identify and research opportunities for new product introduction
- Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience on a national level with at least 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing and/or working with a dealer network
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- Proven track record in creating sales strategy resulting in growth
- Collaborative and coaching leadership style
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to travel 25%-30%
