Job Description

Established manufacturing company is looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to grow and optimize a dealer network while leading a sales and customer service team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue, strengthening partner relationships, and delivering exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities Include

  • Set sales strategy and vision supporting companys growth plan and objectives
  • Coach, guide and manage sales team and customer support staff
  • Directly manage a portfolio of key accounts
  • Analyze data, identifies trends and key opportunities, develops forecasting
  • Manage and grow distributor network in the US and Canada
  • Identify and research opportunities for new product introduction

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience on a national level with at least 2 years of leadership experience
  • Experience in manufacturing and/or working with a dealer network
  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Proven track record in creating sales strategy resulting in growth
  • Collaborative and coaching leadership style
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to travel 25%-30%
