Responsibilities

• Production Schedule Management: Retrieve and adhere to the production schedule to ensure all operations are executed efficiently.
• Team Direction: Direct the activities of the Baumer Off Bearer, including alternating duties with other operators in this role.
• Material Flow: Direct the flow of materials to maximize operational efficiency.
• Gluing Operation: Oversee the gluing operation in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Statistical and Production Reporting: Maintain statistical process control charts and production reports to monitor and ensure quality.
• Operational Maintenance: Keep the production area operational, clean, and organized in accordance with 5S standards.
• Mathematical Competence: Perform simple arithmetic, including decimal/fraction conversions and basic geometry as required.
• Foam Handling: Assist in moving and stacking foam rolls as necessary.
• Policy Adherence: Read, understand, and comply with company policies and procedures, including SOP and SEP, all written in English.
• Training: Complete position requirements training for Job Code 110117.

• Ability to perform simple arithmetic and understand basic geometry.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with or willingness to learn Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Physical ability to move and stack foam rolls.
• Competency in reading and comprehending company policies and procedures in English. Physical
