Job Summary

Oversees, reviews, and submits budgetary and Human Resources (HR) actions and changes. Collaborates with Budget & Financial Analysis and Human Resources Departments to develop and improve budget and hiring functions within the division. Oversees third-party vendor agreements and accounts. Manages prevailing wage to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines. Supervises assigned staff. Performs other functionally related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in business administration, accounting or related field.
  • Four (4) years of experience in accounting, finance, or budget administration.
  • Supervisory or leadership experience.
