Description

Job Purpose: Drive Sales of Magswitch automation products through Major Account relationships and solutions-based sales strategies.

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Essential Duties

  • Drive sales of Magswitch Automation products through forming high level relationships.
  • Identify, contact, and build rapport with major new customer targets by leveraging existing networks and referrals.
  • Responsible for growing sales in the geographic territory.
  • Identify multiple opportunities and solutions when visiting Customer’s facilities, generating repeat business
  • Strong knowledge and use of Salesforce Einstein to track and evaluate Sales and to generate Management Sales reports
  • Embrace and leverage the use of AI to facilitate the sales process and generate sales leads
  • Inform Operations of inventory requirements based on active sales opportunities and probabilities.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Analyzing Industry Trends to identify solution gaps and improve product lines
  • Travelling up to 60% (predominantly within 3 hour drive)

Skills/Qualifications

Minimum Skills & Abilities

  • Ability to quickly absorb and understand technical information relating to Industrial automation and magnetic technology.
  • Ability and confidence in selling solutions and value to the customer
  • Proven Account Management experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM and ERP software. (Salesforce and Netsuite preferred)
  • Embraces the use of AI on a daily basis to increase knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism
  • Exceptional presentation and oratory skill.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Participate in leadership and management meetings

Minimum Education & Experience

Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ Years Experience preferred
