As a Graphic Designer at Granger, you’ll play a key role in shaping how our brand is experienced—translating ideas, data, and complex construction concepts into clear, compelling visual stories. Your work will help inform, engage, and inspire clients, stakeholders, and the broader community.
You Will
- Develop compelling visual designs that inform, engage, and elevate the experience of clients, stakeholders, and the public
- Create, refine, and execute a diverse range of deliverables, including proposals, infographics, reports, presentations, and marketing materials
- Design maps, wayfinding graphics, and social media content that enhance communication and accessibility
- Translate complex, technical construction information into clear, visually engaging materials that resonate with a broad audience
- Collaborate with project managers, marketing teammates, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency
- Contribute to the evolution and integrity of the Granger brand through thoughtful, intentional design
To Be Successful In This Role, You’ll Bring
- 3+ years of graphic design experience
- A strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, versatility, and problem-solving ability
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Strong relationship-building skills and a collaborative mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with a positive attitude and a desire to grow
