AI Product & Systems Engineer

DroneTrust is building a technology driven training platform that supports drone operators from first certification through to running real world operations.

We are investing heavily in AI and automation to improve how training is delivered, assessed, and managed and we are looking for someone to help build and evolve these systems.

This is a hands-on role focused on developing and improving the systems that sit behind our training platform.

You’ll work closely with the us to:

• Build and improve AI-driven tools for training and assessment
• Connect and streamline systems across our platform (courses, CRM, onboarding, compliance)
• Automate workflows to improve efficiency and user experience
• Turn ideas into practical, working solutions

We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working across systems and figuring things out.

You will likely:

• Be actively using AI tools (e.g. OpenAI, automation platforms, prompt workflows)
• Have experience building or integrating systems, coding, or development
• Enjoy solving practical problems and improving how things work
• Be able to work independently and take ownership of outcomes

• A team focused on building practical tools that are used in the real world
