What The Role Is

You lead the implementation and continuous enhancement of HR systems by reviewing HR processes arising from policy changes, Change Requests (CR), and Incident Reports (IR).

What You Will Be Working On

  • Lead system implementation and enhancements through reviews of HR processes arising from policy changes, CRs, and IRs
  • Ensure seamless integration between core HR systems and bolt-on applications, as well as other systems outside the HR domain
  • Develop and recommend functional and technical designs with the project lead for endorsement and approval at the relevant governance forums
  • Review policy changes and existing business processes to identify areas for further process harmonisation and improvement
  • Perform first-level evaluation of CRs and IRs, and propose critical items for further review and implementation
  • Facilitate discussion groups with subject matter experts and external consultants to gather requirements and develop solutions to close business and system gaps
  • Review functional design documents and training materials, and support post-design activities including test script preparation and User Acceptance Testing
  • Ensure solutions clear Security Vulnerability Assessments before deployment to production environment
  • Develop training materials and co-conduct system training for HR users across relevant personnel management centres
  • Monitor HR system performance and develop action plans to address issues

  • Managing the voluminous and complex enhancement needs of a large-scale HR system
  • Ensuring prudent resource utilisation
  • Prioritising requirements and developing solutions that integrate smoothly with existing business processes

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of HR experience is preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Sound analytical skills with both a micro and macro perspective, and the ability to develop balanced and synergised solutions
  • Familiarity with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) or SAP certification is advantageous
