Your role – more than office management

As an office manager, you are the heart of our locations (Munich, Berlin, Nuremberg). You will ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly, that people feel welcome and that our team enjoys coming to the office. You combine organization, communication and culture – and are thus a central interface in the company.


Your tasks

Office Management & Administration

  • Holistic responsibility for office management at the Munich, Nuremberg and Berlin locations.
  • Organization and coordination of all orders (office supplies, equipment, services, etc.)
  • Inbox and outbox, structured document and filing management
  • Communication and coordination with external service providers and suppliers
  • Contact person for employees on organizational and administrative issues


IT & Fleet Management

  • Administration, procurement and inventory of IT hardware (laptops, monitors, accessories, etc.)
  • IT Setup for "New Joiner"
  • Coordination of IT service providers and support requests
  • Organization and management of our vehicle fleet (leasing, handovers, returns, documentation)


Inside Sales & Operational Support

  • Support of the sales team in the area of inside sales
  • Administrative maintenance and updating of our systems, especially Salesforce and Kantata
  • Support in quotation preparation, data maintenance and reporting


Event, Team & Feel Good Management

  • Planning, organisation and implementation of internal events, team events and location highlights
  • Design of onboardings, team days, workshops, after-work events or small office moments that make everyday life special
  • You will ensure that employees, guests and new colleagues feel welcome, in good hands and at home


Travel

  • Willingness to visit our office in Nuremberg at least twice a month (by arrangement)


Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in office management, administration or a comparable role
  • Very good organizational skills and structured, independent way of working
  • Strong service, handson and solution mentality
  • Confident handling of MS Office; Experience with Salesforce and/or Kantata is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills in German, good knowledge of English desirable
  • Positive charisma, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
