What We’re Looking For In a Candidate
- Degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3-5+ years of professional design experience in packaging, print, and digital.
- Portfolio of work showcasing a modern, high-level aesthetic. Bonus points for luxury consumer goods design in beauty, gift, or related categories, as well as associated marketing assets.
- Uncompromising eye for detail, color, composition, and typography.
- Strong knowledge and experience with packaging materials, production processes, printing techniques, and dielines. Delivering accurate, production-ready files with a commitment to excellence.
- Production, design and editing skills for marketing assets, front-end website and digital catalogs.
- Strong communicator, both visually and verbally.
- Wizardry at multitasking. Ability to manage concurrent projects and deliver on time.
- Motivated self-starter.
- An ego-free capability to understand and apply direction. Welcomes and builds upon feedback and the insight of others with a collaborative mindset.
- Mastery of Adobe Suite
- Resume and portfolio of professionally relevant experience.
- Starting Salary: $57,000 - $74,000 per year - commensurate with experience

- Monday - Thursday - on site at our Englewood, CO location & Friday - remote

Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this position, an employee may be required to sit, or stand for long periods at a time; walk; sit; range of motion or full mobility and use of hands and fingers to handle or feel; and speak/talk, write/type or listen/hear and lift up to 40 pounds. The employee must occasionally reach with hands and arms and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
Work Environment: The Senior Graphic Designer role will work in varied settings, including but not limited to office and warehouse environments with exposure to dust, moderate to loud noise, and varying temperatures. Locations may vary.
