We are currently partnering with a well-established and rapidly evolving European consulting and talent ecosystem to appoint a Chief Sales Officer (m/f/d).

To accelerate its next growth phase, the company is seeking a commercially driven, strategically sharp CSO who will professionalize and scale the entire sales organization.

Aufgaben

This is a transformational leadership role with direct impact on company-wide growth and profitability. As Chief Sales Officer, you will take full ownership of revenue growth, sales strategy, and commercial execution. Your mandate is clear: sharpen positioning, build a measurable outbound engine, scale high-ticket advisory sales, and establish a high-performance sales culture.



  • Define and sharpen the company’s commercial positioning with a clear focus on scalable, high-impact service offerings.

  • Drive the strategic development and continuous optimization of the sales organization.

  • Build and lead a performance-oriented sales engine with clear structures, transparency, and measurable outcomes.

  • Oversee pipeline management, sales performance, and forecasting to ensure sustainable revenue growth.

  • Recruit, develop, and coach high-performing sales talent while fostering accountability and ownership.

  • Establish a high-performance culture with aligned incentives and strong execution discipline.


Qualifikation

  • Experience managing service baskets of €30-50k+

  • Demonstrated success scaling outbound sales organizations

  • Strong background in management consulting and/or executive search

  • Experience hiring, onboarding, and developing high-performing sales teams

  • Deep understanding of performance-driven sales environments

  • Entrepreneurial mindset combined with structured execution
