Job Title: Administrative Assistant – Executive Support

Location: Fort Mill (Onsite)

Duration: 6 Months (Temporary Backfill)

Start Date: June 1, 2026

Schedule: Business hours with occasional after-hours support


Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide executive-level support to the VP of Revenue, VP of Credit Risk, and their direct reports. This role requires excellent calendar management, communication, multitasking, and coordination skills in a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling confidential information and supporting leadership operations across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items
  • Support day-to-day administrative activities and ad-hoc executive requests
  • Coordinate presentations, leadership meetings, and internal communications
  • Facilitate cross-functional communication with teams across multiple regions
  • Assist with proposals, budget reviews, and monthly expense variance tracking
  • Support company initiatives, special projects, and operational rollouts
  • Oversee office/facility operations including vendors, supplies, mailroom, meeting technology, and security coordination
  • Partner with HR, IT, Finance, and internal support teams as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive executive information


Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Minimum 2+ years of executive administrative or administrative assistant experience
  • Strong typing skills (60 WPM) and 10-key proficiency
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Calendar)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with accounts payable or expense tracking processes
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a flexible and detail-oriented approach


Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or executives
  • Experience coordinating meetings/events across multiple time zones
  • Strong follow-up and project coordination abilities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
