Scrum Master

Job Location: Charlotte, NC (3 days onsite and 2 days remote)

A true Scrum Master who evolved into an RTE (Release Train Engineer) role

Someone who has managed real ART execution, not just coached teams theoretically

A person comfortable balancing:

• Scrum execution
• ART coordination
• Governance/compliance
• Executive communication
• Delivery operations

Run PI Planning sessions

Facilitated ART Syncs and Scrum of Scrums

Managed cross-team dependencies

Escalated and resolved risks/issues

Coordinated delivery across multiple teams

Drove execution against timelines and commitments

They prefer candidates from:

• Large enterprise environments
• Banking/financial organizations
• Highly regulated environments
• Complex multi-team ecosystems
