Role Overview


MultiBank Group is seeking a Head of Turkey to lead its commercial strategy and in-country operations. The Country Head will drive market growth, build and manage sales and partner channels, and represent the company at a senior level across the Turkish market. This role calls for a commercially capable leader with strong local market knowledge and the experience to operate within the standards of an international, regulated organization.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute MultiBank Group's growth strategy for Turkey across retail, IB, affiliate, and institutional channels
  • Build and manage local sales pipelines, client acquisition programs, and business development activity
  • Identify, develop, and maintain strategic partnerships and distribution relationships in the Turkish market
  • Collaborate with regional and global leadership on business priorities, country performance targets, and reporting
  • Ensure all in-country activities align with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor local market dynamics, competitor activity, and shifts in client demand
  • Recruit and develop local team members as the business grows
  • Prepare regular performance reports and market intelligence for senior leadership
  • Represent the company professionally across client, partner, and stakeholder interactions in Turkey


Requirements


  • Senior leadership experience in financial services, brokerage, fintech, trading, banking, or payments
  • Strong knowledge of the Turkish financial services market, including its commercial and regulatory environment
  • Demonstrated track record of driving commercial performance and managing sales or business development teams
  • Experience with IB networks, affiliate programs, retail trading clients, or institutional relationships is preferred
  • Familiarity with CFDs, FX, or financial markets products and platforms is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience operating within regulated business environments
  • English is required; Turkish is required or strongly preferred
