We are looking for an Enthusiastic Project Manager / Project Coordinator for one of our clients in UAE. Who will work as a Partner Success working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth project delivery and strong customer outcomes. This role is also important in building and improving the overall partner success process.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure partners deliver projects successfully and provide good value to customers.
• Monitor project progress and coordinate with teams to keep implementations on track.
• Identify risks early, solve issues quickly, and manage escalations when problems arise.
• Make sure critical issues are handled urgently and communicated to the right people.
• Work with training and enablement teams to check if partners are ready and properly aligned.
• Help partners improve their skills through training, guidance, and shadowing opportunities.
• Coordinate with Delivery, Support, Product, and Cloud teams to improve implementation support.
• Track project results, common issues, and partner readiness metrics.
• Help create standard processes, guides, and best practices for partner success.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in delivery support, partner-facing operations, customer success, project coordination, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in cross-functional environments.
• Experience with project tracking or ticketing tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Zendesk) preferred.
• Exposure to partner ecosystem programs or delivery governance preferred.
• Role-specific language proficiency (see regional variants below).
