- Lead innovation and renovation projects from idea to launch, acting as marketing lead and stage-gate gatekeeper.
- Use brand, consumer, category and customer insights (e.g., Nielsen, Quantium) to spot gaps and growth opportunities.
- Own brand profitability and activation, managing GM%, portfolio mix, pricing, packs and value initiatives.
- Influence media and BTL activation aligned to brand strategy and power periods.
- Build strong retailer relationships and create compelling sell-in materials for range reviews and key customer engagements.
- Experience:
- 3+ years ABM/Brand Management in FMCG (4+ years including NPD project management highly regarded).
- Proven track record owning projects end-to-end across innovation and base business.
- Experience working in an international BDT structure (highly regarded)
- Skills & mindset:
- Strong commercial and analytical skills; confident using data to drive decisions.
- Ability to identify consumer trends, opportunities and threats.
- Excellent cross-functional stakeholder, international BDT, and agency management, with strong influencing skills.
- Proactive, decisive and results-driven, comfortable challenging the status quo with facts.
- Excellent communication and high attention to detail.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Sales or Commerce.
- Location: Mt Waverley, VIC (domestic scope, occasional travel – approx. 5%).
