We are currently seeking an experienced Product Manager - Hand Tools to lead the end‑to‑end lifecycle of a market‑leading product portfolio trusted by trades professionals worldwide. This role plays a critical part in shaping product strategy, driving innovation, and delivering best‑in‑class solutions that meet real jobsite needs. You'll work closely with global stakeholders across marketing, engineering, sales, and supply chain to bring compelling products to market.

What your day-today look like:

  • Product Lifecycle Management.
  • Communication of product development timelines with internal stakeholders.
  • Responsible for ensuring in-time and complete product launches.
  • System maintenance on the TTI operations system. (SAP)
  • Forecasting and Category analysis / reporting.
  • Range Reviews.
  • Build sales focused programs with relevant stakeholders to achieve Sales Financial Targets.
  • Develop a pricing strategy for your respective categories.
  • Create presentations to engage and educate internal stakeholders.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Tertiary qualification or Diploma in Marketing and/or Marketing Major is highly regarded.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry experience (3-5 years).
  • Knowledge of the automotive experience, highly regarding.
  • Excellent project management and organisational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritise.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal and excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to liaise with and present concepts to management and external agencies.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrate a sense of urgency.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and a can-do attitude.
