Plumbing, HVAC, roofing, fencing, restoration. Our clients trust us with the campaigns that drive their growth, and we are expanding our senior team to keep pace with the book of business.

Why This Role Exists

We are investing in the next chapter of our Google Ads department. The plan is to bring on a senior operator who runs accounts hands on, proves their fit over a 4 month contract, and then steps into the Director of Google Ads seat with team ownership, base salary, performance bonus, and a path to equity.

This is the seat for someone who wants to build something, not just maintain it.

What You Own Day One

• Hands on management of 8 to 15 home services accounts
• Strategy, build, optimization, and reporting across Search, Performance Max, and Local Services Ads
• Direct client relationships including weekly reporting and monthly strategy calls
• Identifying scale opportunities and reallocating ad spend for higher return
• Working alongside the founder on account level strategy

You do not own team management on day one. That responsibility activates at month 4 when you convert into the Director seat.

You Are A Fit If

• 7+ years running Google Ads at an agency or in house
• Direct experience with home services or trades (HVAC, plumbing, roofing, fencing, restoration, electrical, pest control)
• Fluent in Local Services Ads, Performance Max, and call tracking platforms (CallRail, CTM, WhatConverts)
• You can build, launch, and optimize an account from scratch with no hand holding
• Comfortable owning client communication and showing up on calls
• Self starter, remote ready, accountable to numbers

You Are Not A Fit If

• You have only run ecommerce or SaaS accounts
• You need a manager to assign you daily tasks
• You have never spoken directly to a client
• You are looking for a passive seat with low accountability

Compensation

Months 1 through 4: $5,000 to $7,000 per month contract rate based on experience and proof of work.

Months 5 and beyond (upon conversion to Team Lead): Base salary, performance bonus tied to client retention and revenue growth, $5,000 relocation package paid in 2 installments if you relocate to Orange County
