Product Manager (Hybrid)

This role requires onsite presence at least 4 days per week, at our Irvine, CA office, to support collaboration, team engagement, and business needs.
What You Will Do
- Lead upstream product strategy from concept development through handoff, ensuring alignment with growth objectives and portfolio priorities.
- Identify unmet clinical needs through structured voice-of-customer activities, including interviews, field observations, and advisory engagements.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive assessments to inform product positioning, differentiation, and long-term roadmap decisions.
- Develop product requirements by defining user needs, value propositions, and target product profiles that guide design and development.
- Build business cases, including market sizing, pricing strategy, revenue forecasts, and investment justification to support pipeline decisions.
- Partner cross-functionally with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to translate customer insights into feasible product concepts.
- Support clinical strategy by defining claims, endpoints, and evidence requirements in collaboration with Clinical Affairs and Regulatory.
- Define launch readiness inputs for downstream marketing, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and value messaging.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 4 years of work experience.
- Master’s Degree (MBA).
- 2 years of experience in upstream product management within the medical device industry or marketing functions.
- Experience supporting or participating in new product development processes.
- Demonstrated experience collaborating with multiple cross functional stakeholders to deliver projects or business outcomes.
- Experience working within complex, multi‑step business processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
