Key Responsibilities
Define and on the product vision, roadmap, and backlog aligned to business objectives
Gather, prioritise, and translate customer and stakeholder needs into clear product requirements
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure successful execution of product features and releases
Balance scope, value, risk, and delivery constraints when making prioritisation decisions
Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and communicate product progress and outcomes
Define and track product success metrics and outcomes
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and release planning activities
Ensure delivered solutions meet user needs and deliver measurable business value
Drive continuous improvement based on feedback, data, and performance insightsRequired Skills & Qualifications 5+ years’ experience in Product Management or similar product-focused roles
Strong experience defining product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Proven ability to prioritise work based on value and business outcomes
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
Experience working closely with engineering, design, and delivery teams
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions
Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, complex delivery environmentsAdditional Requirements: Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.
This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.
On-call and Shift Expectations: This position is primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction.
Must be willing to work from Accenture/client office location 3 days a week (2 days WFH)
