Purpose of the Role: As a “farmer" to Keep good relationship with our key account Clients- Not limited by white-spots, long tail clients, cross-sell/up-sell and drive sales cadence support business leaders Senior Account Manager (KA-Sales) for China Team is responsible for driving sales of GfK’s Electronics and Technology Consumer Goods industry and ad-hoc solutions with specific focus on point-of-sale within local & Global domestic market. He/ she would also be effectively managing key client accounts to ensure overall client satisfaction with GfK services, thereby achieving continuous revenue growth for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Achieve the country’s sales target and manage accounts with new and existing clients

2. Strategize the business selling approach with focus on the Electronics and Technology Consumer Goods related industry

3. Identify and develop the growth opportunity values using GfK tracking data based on the client needs

4. Analyze and present our data and findings in order to create a need to increase selling opportunities to existing and potential clients

5. Establish and maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers within existing and potential clients

6. Build and maintain C-suite level engagement to increase upsell opportunities

7.Identify potential problems and propose pro-active solutions to meet client needs. Technical skills required:

1. Ability to quickly grasp and understand markets, methodologies and techniques-Prefer with research Background-good knowledge with Electronics and Technology Consumer Goods market and have good insight share with Key Clients

2. Good organizer with the ability to prioritize and multi-task

3. Ability to maintain a positive, motivational, “get things done” attitude, especially when faced with difficult circumstances.

4. Excellent sales/negotiation skills and a hunger to develop new business.

5. Good interpersonal and relationship building skills (internal, external, and cross-cultural) 6. Problem-solving skills.

7. Good verbal and presentation skills.

8. Proficient in English and Chinese.

9. Business oriented skill, Excellent track record in business development

10. Able to communicate effectively with all levels within GfK and client’s organization.
