In this role, you will help support the agency’s continued growth while working closely with

Role:

• Reports into executive leadership and oversees a large portfolio of high-value client accounts
• Responsible for driving overall agency growth, strategic direction, and commercial performance
• Provides executive-level counsel to C-suite clients and acts as escalation point for complex issues
• Oversees and develops senior leadership teams, shaping structure, talent strategy, and succession planning
• Plays a central role in defining agency vision, culture, and external reputation
