We are partnered with a leading global industrial technology organization on a strategic Product Management search tied to one of the most advanced high-performance industrial drive platforms in the market.

This is not a maintenance Product Manager role.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

  • Driving profitable growth initiatives for a high-performance industrial drive platform
  • Leading market expansion efforts across targeted industrial verticals
  • Partnering with sales and channel teams to accelerate customer adoption
  • Gathering and translating voice-of-customer insights into product strategy
  • Supporting commercialization, positioning, and go-to-market execution
  • Managing product lifecycle strategy, pricing, and margin performance
  • Evaluating new product opportunities and portfolio enhancements
  • Collaborating with engineering and operations teams on product development and localization initiatives
  • Influencing strategic account growth initiatives and key customer pursuits
  • Supporting product launches, technical positioning, and market enablement activities

What We Are Looking For:

Preferred Experience:

  • Product Management experience within industrial or technical product environments
  • Experience supporting industrial customers and/or channel partners
  • Strong understanding of industrial drive applications and customer use cases
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, operations, sales, and marketing teams
  • Ability to balance technical detail with commercial strategy
  • Experience driving growth initiatives or market development programs
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management capability

Additional Details:

  • Hybrid work model with an expectation of approximately 2 days onsite weekly at the Milwaukee area operation
  • Strong preference for candidates interested in being onsite and engaged closely with engineering, manufacturing, applications, and leadership teams
  • Remote flexibility available for the right candidate with relevant industry experience and alignment to the role requirements
  • Relocation assistance may be available for candidates considering a move to the area
  • Domestic travel expected
