What The Role Involves
- Working with a defined local territory
- Meeting with business owners and managers to understand their advertising needs
- Developing advertising plans using radio, TV, and digital platforms
- Managing active accounts and identifying opportunities for growth
- Monitoring campaigns and making adjustments as needed
- Maintaining organized records and schedules
- Prefer structured, goal-focused work
- Are comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes
- Enjoy problem-solving in a business setting
- Work well independently and manage their time effectively
- Value professionalism and preparation
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
- Ability to maintain a flexible daytime schedule
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Base pay plus commission
- Training and ongoing support
