Jr. Product Manager

Join Mindsite as a Jr. Product Manager and take ownership of shaping, delivering, and improving our product experiences. This role is ideal for early-career product professionals who want to grow in a fast-paced SaaS environment while working closely with engineering, design, and business teams. You will be responsible for driving execution across sprints, ensuring smooth product delivery, and supporting product decisions with data and analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• Max 3 years of experience in Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or familiarity with agile methodologies, including sprint planning, backlog management, task tracking, and UAT processes.
• Understanding of product delivery cycles and release management processes.
• Ability to coordinate effectively between development, business, and design teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive tasks independently end-to-end.
• Experience or interest in competitor analysis, user behavior, and product benchmarking.
• Basic knowledge of product development and collaboration tools, including Jira or GitLab for issue and sprint tracking, Figma for reviewing designs and following design handoffs, Notion or similar tools for internal documentation, and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel to understand user behavior and support data-driven decisions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets for analysis, reporting, and structured data work.
• Basic understanding of SQL for simple queries and data exploration is a plus.
• Fluency in English is a must.

In This Role, You Will

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Ensure smooth execution of development tasks by coordinating between developers and stakeholders.
• Support UAT processes and ensure product features are delivered with quality.
• Contribute to product release planning and coordinate go-live processes.
• Analyze competitor products and market trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with data to understand product performance and user behavior.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear product tasks.
• Ensure alignment between business goals and product execution.
• Maintain accurate product-related documentation and tracking within internal tools and CRM systems.
