Experienced German-speaking ServiceNow Solution Consultant, ITSM. More than 3 years of experience in the role.
Tasks: Analysis and coordination and implementation of configuration based on customer requirements for Incident, Problem, Change, and ServiceRequest. Professional and technical documentation. If necessary, coordination with the nearshore development team (English-speaking).
