Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Associate Recruiter, based in Greece. The Associate Recruiter will focus on sourcing, engaging, and evaluating top-tier GTM candidates, supporting recruitment efforts across various functions such as sales, marketing, and partnerships. Responsibilities include using recruitment tools to identify talent, managing candidate pipelines, engaging in candidate screening, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to refine job requirements and ensure a streamlined selection process.


Qualifications

  • Recruitment expertise, including talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and pipeline management
  • Strong communication skills, with proficiency in facilitating interviews and building professional relationships
  • Knowledge of or experience in GTM roles such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, or Revenue Operations is a plus
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques; prior experience in recruiting for the technology or SaaS industry is advantageous
  • A proactive approach, problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in recruitment, human resources, or a related field
  • English Fluency is a must
