About the Role
CJ MORE is establishing a Founder Office team to work closely with the Founder and senior executives in defining corporate strategy and driving the next phase of organizational growth. This role is designed for senior leaders with extensive retail and enterprise-level experience who aspire to become future executives of a large-scale organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work directly with the Founder and top management on enterprise-wide strategy and transformation initiatives
- Drive execution of high-impact, cross-functional projects
- Integrate commercial, operational, and financial perspectives into strategic decision-making
- Support business expansion, performance management, and organizational effectiveness
- Develop into future executive leadership roles within CJ MORE
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of professional experience
- Entrepreneurial experience (having built or managed one’s own business) and/or
- Executive-level experience in a large-scale organization
- Retail industry experience (modern trade, convenience store, FMCG retail, or related sectors)
- Strong ambition to grow into senior or C-level executive roles
- Strategic mindset, high ownership, and ability to operate in a complex organization
