Customer Success Associate

Your Mission

Join us as a Customer Success Associate and take on the essential role of supporting client relationships and ensuring a seamless customer experience across the company’s products and services. Acting as a central point of coordination between clients and internal teams, the role contributes to client satisfaction, retention, and growth by providing responsive support, assisting with onboarding processes, maintaining accurate client data, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and other departments.

This dynamic position involves working in shifts, including weekends and holidays, while staying deeply informed about Viory’s offerings. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about news industry and delivering exceptional client service, this is the role for you.

• Client Support & Relationship Management
• Client Onboarding & Compliance Support
• Sales & Business Development Support
• Data & CRM Management
• Cross-Departmental Coordination
• Reporting, Research & Operational Support
• Always maintain an in-depth knowledge of Viory's output

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years in a similar role or equivalent experience, experience in Media is a big plus
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is a must; proficiency in Arabic is an asset
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines
• Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently
• Problem-Solving: Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving with persistence and determination
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and experience with CRM tools
• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members
