Our client is helping them digitise, scale, and modernise operations through industry-leading software solutions built specifically for the packaging production environment.


They’re now looking for a commercially ambitious Enterprise (Software) Sales Professional to drive growth across DACH.


What makes this role exciting?


This isn’t a “maintain accounts” position....


This is a genuine growth role where you’ll have the autonomy to develop relationships, build pipeline, identify opportunities, and become a trusted commercial partner to packaging manufacturing businesses navigating operational transformation.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing new business opportunities across the territory

• Managing full enterprise sales cycles

• Building strong customer relationships

• Delivering consultative discovery sessions and presentations

• Working alongside solutions and technical teams

• Growing revenue through upselling and cross-selling activity


What We’d Like to See

• Experience in B2B software or SaaS sales

• Strong relationship-building and commercial instincts

• Ability to manage complex customer conversations

• Proven track record hitting revenue targets

• Experience in packaging, print, ERP, MES, or manufacturing software is highly desirable

• German / Italian / English language skills preferred
