Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Senior Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and pursuing partnership opportunities with restaurants, negotiating and closing deals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities include developing strategies to grow Mezza's network, analyzing market trends, and ensuring partner satisfaction. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for partners and drive long-term success.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships
- Strategic thinking and ability to identify market opportunities
- Effective communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Familiarity with the restaurant or hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and develop strategic plans
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset
