Data Entry & Database Management
- Enter, update, and verify data in company systems and databases with a high level of accuracy
- Review records for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information before processing
- Maintain organized digital files, records, and documentation systems
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company and customer information
- Assist with routine clerical and administrative tasks as needed
- Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and internal documents accurately and efficiently
- Support internal teams with record retrieval and data-related requests
- Maintain proper documentation and filing procedures across systems
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Identify and correct data discrepancies in a timely manner
- Maintain detailed records of completed updates and changes
- Follow company procedures and standards for data handling and management
- Use data management software, spreadsheets, and administrative tools effectively
- Assist in improving workflows related to data entry and record management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases across departments
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
- 1–2 years of experience in data entry, clerical support, or a similar role
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently and consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, databases, or record management systems is a plus
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel or similar tools
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
