What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain trusted relationships with clients across diverse industries
- Identify new sales opportunities while managing and growing existing accounts
- Lead consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and close deals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex business technology challenges
- Keep up with industry trends and cloud solution innovations
- Fluent in German (B2+/C1) & English (B2+)
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience, with a background in SaaS, IT, cloud/technology, or digital advertising sales, and preferably hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads or Meta Ads.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in account development, prospecting, and closing deals
- Interest or basic understanding of cloud-based technologies
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Hybrid working model in Kraków
