Valuation Analyst

This is NOT an accounting role, this is a Valuation / Advisory role for the companies Real Estate Practice, meaning that the Financial Analyst and Associate will need strong Modeling, conduct Financial Research, Pricing, Analysis, Client Diligence calls, along with analyzing and valuing investments for REITs, real estate private equity firms, and real estate operators.

Positions:

Financial Analyst - Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services - Multiple Locations - 1-2 years of Experience

• Financial Analyst, you will review and analyze complex real estate models, conduct market and financial research regarding real estate supply, demand, pricing and investment parameters; including in-market interviews, data gathering and confirmation of comparable transactions as well as utilizing data subscription sources. The Financial Analyst will work with other Analysts, Associates, and Officers to execute valuation advisory work, often in connection with high profile real estate transactions. You will work with many leading REITs, real estate private equity firms, and real estate operators, analyzing and valuing their investments for a variety of purposes.

Associate, Real Estate Valuation and Advisory Services - Multiple Locations - 5+ years of Experience

• Associate, you will conduct financial research, review and analyze complex real estate models, help lead client diligence calls, and work with other Analysts, Associates and Officers to execute valuation advisory work, often in connection with high-profile real estate transactions. You will work with many leading REITs, real estate private equity firms, and real estate operators, analyzing and valuing their investments for a variety of purposes.
