What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS Account Management, Customer Success, or e-commerce-related consulting roles.
- Firm grasp of B2B SaaS dynamics, especially in e-commerce or digital shelf analytics.
- Proven ability to own customer relationships end-to-end—from onboarding to renewal and upsell.
- A consultative mindset: you’re comfortable advising senior stakeholders, identifying opportunities, and translating client needs into strategic actions.
- Excellent project management and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English; any additional language is a plus.
- Own and grow relationships with your portfolio of mid to large-sized clients.
- Lead strategic onboarding, ensuring smooth adoption of Mindsite’s analytics solutions along with your Technical Account Manager.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts, sharing insights that drive measurable e-commerce outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor—proactively identifying risks, solving issues, and championing your clients’ goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Ops, and Tech teams to drive customer satisfaction and delivery excellence.
- Identify and close upsell and renewal opportunities, contributing to revenue growth.
- Build and improve internal processes that scale customer success.
