E-Commerce Product & Sales Manager
- Having BA/BSc degree in relevant academic disciplines,
- Having 10+ years of experience in E-Commerce field or similar roles,
- Fluent and good command of written and spoken English,
- Proficieny and Competency in Microsoft Office Programs,
- Excellent reporting, planning and time management skills,
- Analytical and strategic thinking,
- Having advanced leadership skills.
Job Description:
- Lead the execution of the company’s short- and long-term e-commerce roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives,
- Define and manage e-commerce product and category strategies in collaboration with Product and Sales teams,
- Guide category and product teams on channel-specific assortment planning and sales optimization strategies,
- Take full ownership of sales performance, stock management, and commercial operations across e-commerce channels,
- Develop and implement action plans to drive revenue growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize operational efficiency,
- Lead all onsite merchandising and content management activities, including category structures, banners, landing pages, and promotional placements,
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and customer behavior; prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management,
- Develop and execute customer communication strategies for campaigns, product launches, and new services through Email, SMS, and Web Push channels,
- Collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to improve traffic acquisition, retention, and overall online performance,
- Plan and coordinate onsite development and optimization projects to enhance customer experience and website performance,
- Actively manage onsite marketing and personalization tools, ensuring performance tracking, optimization, and reporting,
- Coordinate communication and monthly operational meetings with global stakeholders and international teams,
- Ensure all campaigns and promotional activities are accurately implemented across the website and communicate campaign results to relevant departments,
- Oversee product photography operations, including coordination of studio processes, model selection, supplier negotiations, and evaluation of pricing proposals.
