- Provide L2/L3 functional application support to their respective business stakeholders in Finance, Supply Chain, and Human Capital (incl. Payroll) teams.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects, data issues, configuration gaps, and user reported incidents.
- Document recurring issues, root cause analysis, and system / process improvement recommendations.
- Ensure timely closure of tickets aligned with defined SLAs.
- Work with Oracle Support to log, track, and resolve SRs when required.
- Assist with OTBI, BIP reports, FRS, and dashboards.
- Support data corrections, reconciliation, and validation.
- Ensure data integrity across modules.
- Participate in monthly governance meetings with business and IT leadership.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements for CRs.
- Evaluate feasibility, impact analysis, and solution design.
- Perform configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and facilitate deployment activities.
- 7–10 years functional experience in their respective track Oracle Fusion (Cloud) ERP
- At least 2-3 end to end implementations, with strong post go live support experience.
- Solid understanding of integrations, workflow, security, and reporting tools.
- Experience troubleshooting Fusion issues using logs, audit, and diagnostics.
- Strong communication skills for dealing with business and IT stakeholders.
- Ability to work full time on site in Riyadh (Iqama mandatory).
- Oracle Cloud certification in Financials, SCM, or HCM is a plus.
- Strong ownership and accountability mindset.
- Ability to work under pressure in a live operational environment.
- Stakeholder engagement and expectation management.
- Flexibility to support critical issues outside working hours when required
