Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all matters related to customer account management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.
- Promote the company’s offerings to achieve mutual satisfaction and strengthen client trust.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions that align with customer needs and objectives.
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territory
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Governance and Resilience:
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and processes for the daily work to be carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices to enhance effectiveness.

Knowledge and Experience:
- 1-2 Years of relevant experience
- Advanced skills in MS Office
Education and Certifications:
- Bachelor Degree in a relevant field is required
