We’re looking for a friendly, tech-savvy, and customer-focused Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving issues, and delivering a seamless support experience via phone, chat, and our support ticketing system. Your goal? Help our users succeed while representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.
- Provide fast, accurate, and helpful support via phone, chat, and support software
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through solutions
- Follow established support procedures and policies to ensure consistency
- Direct users to self-service tools and resources when appropriate
- Accurately document all customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance goals
- 2+ years in a customer success or support role
- Experience using customer support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, etc.)
- Strong technical troubleshooting and software navigation skills
- Clear and pleasant phone demeanor with active listening abilities
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and calm under pressure
- Customer-first mindset with a proactive problem-solving approach
- Must pass a background check
- Full-time and part-time roles available (daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
