Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking Greek Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our team in Bulgaria. In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and moderating social media content in Greek to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Your work will help maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging online environment for Greek-speaking users.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate social media content in Greek, ensuring adherence to community standards and company policies
• Respond professionally and promptly to user interactions in Greek
• Identify, escalate, and manage inappropriate or harmful content according to company protocols
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to support community engagement and content strategy
• Stay updated with social media trends, moderation techniques, and guidelines

Requirements

• Fluency in Greek (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in English is a plus
• Previous experience in social media moderation, community management, or similar roles preferred
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and their moderation policies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive content professionally and discreetly
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and sound judgment
• Familiarity with social media management tools and basic computer proficiency
