Job Description
The Marketing Manager develops a deep, technical understanding of the product portfolio and creates impactful messaging and campaigns that enable sales success. This is a hands-on role responsible for executing marketing initiatives from concept through delivery, while tracking performance and optimizing results.
This position works cross-functionally with product management and sales teams to drive demand, support product launches, and ensure consistent positioning across all channels.
What You'll Do
- Partner with product management and sales enablement teams to promote existing products and launch new capabilities
- Develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and use cases
- Create and manage sales enablement tools including presentations, datasheets, cheat sheets, value propositions, and press materials
- Equip the sales organization with tools and messaging to effectively position products across various market segments
- Drive demand generation and product adoption initiatives
- Build customer relationships to develop case studies, references, and advocacy programs
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert for marketing and sales content
- Plan, coordinate, and execute an annual conference along with 20–25 trade shows per year
- Measure, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance
- Conduct win/loss analysis interviews and present insights to leadership
- 3–5 years of Product Marketing experience
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and support sales as a key internal stakeholder
- Strong attention to detail with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency with marketing tools; experience with HubSpot preferred
