Agile Coach / Scrum Master

At Shiwaforce, you will work on-site at one of our international banking clients (at least 50% on-site in Podgorica) , supporting the continuous development of their products, organization, and ways of working. If you are familiar with agile methodologies and the roles of Agile Coach & Scrum Master, understand what it means to work in an agile team, and actively apply agile practices in your daily work, then this is the place for you!
Your tasks will be
- Drive the adoption, development, and application of agile culture and methodologies across the organization
- Coach and support agile leaders and team members in developing adaptive leadership and ways of working, in close collaboration with other Agile Coaches
- Effectively fulfill the Scrum Master role during sprints (e.g. sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospective, daily stand-ups)
- Establish and regularly produce transparent, objective reports on agile adoption and team development
- Foster the growth of self-organizing, high-performing teams and strengthen collaboration
Our expectations
- Strong, in-depth knowledge of agile (Scrum) methodologies
- Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in agile business and/or software development teams
- Experience in managing projects, processes, and people
- Knowledge and practical application of coaching, mentoring, and training techniques
- Ability to support and actively drive organizational culture change
- A personality that supports agile ways of working: motivated and motivating, strong in conflict and problem resolution, action- and result-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Use Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) on a daily basis to support team collaboration and transparency
- Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Location: At least 50% on-site in Podgorica, with the remaining time working flexibly from Hungary.
