We are currently looking for an HR Administrator to join our Budapest office, who will support the administration and payroll preparation of white-collar agency employees.


Key Responsibilities

  • Full-cycle HR administration of agency employees
  • (onboarding, offboarding, data changes)
  • Collection, verification and preparation of payroll-related data
  • Ongoing communication with payroll coordinators and partner companies
  • Management of HR documentation and employee databases
  • Preparation of reports and statistics, support of data provision requests


Requirements

  • Previous experience in HR administration or payroll preparation
  • Experience in the temporary staffing / agency environment is an advantage
  • English language skills required both in writing and spoken communication
  • High level of accuracy and structured way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
