Executive Director of Technology

This is a full-time, on-site Executive Director of Technology role based in Atlanta, GA. The Executive Director of Technology will oversee the organization's technological initiatives, develop and execute IT strategies, and lead cross-functional technology teams. Responsibilities include managing IT operations, planning and implementing projects, enhancing system integration, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This role also involves identifying emerging technologies and ensuring optimal performance of all technology resources.

• Proficiency in Information Technology, including understanding of infrastructure, systems, and emerging technologies
• Strong skills in Program Management and IT Strategy development
• Demonstrated expertise in Team Leadership and managing cross-functional teams
• Proven ability in Project Management to oversee multiple initiatives and meet deadlines
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare technology or managing IT within healthcare facilities is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred)
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or CISSP are advantageous
