About Tilt


Tilt is building a new format for investment content. Today, a financial creator's take dies as a static piece. Read once, maybe shared, then gone. We turn it into a structured investment view (a basket with a methodology) that users can deploy to their own brokerage and follow forward as the creator updates their thesis over time.


Think of it as ETFs 2.0. Cathie Wood and ARK built a category by packaging a worldview into a tradable expression. Today's writers, from Cintrini to Christian Catalini to the operators behind the best-read newsletters in finance, can do the same. The difference: their views update continuously, which is what makes them durable as AI eats static content.


We believe agent-mediated investing is the future. Tilt is the creator platform for investable theses, and our edge is the long tail. BlackRock will never package the worldview of a finance Twitter account, an MIT economist's draft paper, or a FIRE blogger's Monte Carlo model. Traditional index providers can't reach that far down the curve. We can.

The Opportunity


This is the most important hire we'll make this year.


We're looking for a growth operator who can build and run our creator partnerships program from zero. Creators are our highest-leverage acquisition and distribution channel — and we need someone who treats them that way: with a real funnel, real experiments, real retention work, not just relationship management.


What You'll Do


  • Own the creator funnel as a growth motion. Treat creators as a distribution and acquisition channel. Build the pipeline, measure conversion at every stage, and run experiments on what unlocks each step.
  • Build the target creator list. Identify and prioritize the highest-leverage voices in fintech, FIRE, personal finance, and investment commentary. Think the tier of Santini, Leopold Aschenbrenner, Tim Urban, Christian Catalini, and the operators behind the most-read finance newsletters and podcasts.
  • Run outreach and discovery. Move creators from cold to warm to demo. Most of this will run through your existing relationships and 1 to 2 degree intros.
  • Sell the creator value prop, in this order:
  1. To grow subscribers.. Static takes get eaten alive by AI. A Tilt is a living expression of a creator's thesis that subscribers can deploy, and that the creator continues to shape over time.
  2. A direct line to your audience. Creators get visibility into who's subscribing to their Tilt, what the audience asks, which holdings they override/customize and how it's performing in their hands.
  3. Eventual economics. Down the road, creators can monetize via basis points on AUM running on their Tilt.
  • Onboard creators into active management. The role isn't just signing creators up. It's helping them treat their Tilt as a living artifact they continuously refine.
  • Iterate the format with creators. This is a new paradigm. Creators will push back, reshape, and co-design. You'll be the feedback loop between them and our product.
  • Build the playbook. Codify what works so the program scales.
  • Partner with the founder on strategy, narrative, and key relationships.


Who You Are


  • Deeply networked in finance creator land. You have warm paths into the creators, newsletter operators, and podcast hosts our target list lives in.
  • Founder mindset. You're comfortable building from zero, defining your own structure, and operating without a playbook handed to you.
  • Sales-oriented but content-fluent. You understand how creators think about audience, brand, and the cost of associating with a new platform.


What Sets You Apart


  • Past experience running creator, partnerships, or BD
  • A track record of getting hard-to-reach people to take a meeting
  • Comfort with AI tools. You're willing to ship a demo, learn, and reshape.
  • You think Animal Spirits is a fine podcast and Flirting With Models is the bar. You can name three Matt Levine columns from memory.
